Meat Curry with Green Masala from Karen's recipe book

1/2 kg Beef
200 grams tomatoes
salt to taste
1 spoon vinegar

Masala to grind
6 green chillies
2 onions
1 piece ginger
few corriander leaves
6 cloves of garlic
8 pepper corns
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 piece coconut

For tempering: 3 spoons of ghee, 1/2 onion and salt to taste.
Add cut potatoes and tomatoes to the cut meat.
Grind masala.
Brown 1/2 onion in ghee, add cooked meat, masala, vinegar and salt to taste.
Simmer for 1/2 an hour.
