Karen's Kori Kachpu recipe: My own jaldi five recipe


1 kg chicken
1 big onion
3 flakes garlic crushed
1 ½ tsp vegetable powder
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
2 cardamoms

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil. Season with crushed garlic and curry leaves
  • On slow fire, fry onions till brown. Add tomato paste and brown a little. After that add vegetable powder and then chicken. Close lid.
  • When chicken is well cooked add coconut and cardamom.
