Karen's Kin


On October 7, 2009, 20 of Karen's family and friends participated in the 'Light the Night', 5 km walk held at Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.

Our team 'Karen's Kin' raised $2130. A BIG 'Thank You' to all our 52 donors.

The banner for the Light the Night walk was designed by Tataniya Chatterjea and put together by Urmilla Coelho and Neela Saldanha. Thanks to everyone who participated in the walk in 2009 and 2010 and made this event possible - Keith, Neela, Lonet, Joshni, Rohan, Roshni, Katie, Ariadne, Constance, Norah, Greg, Urmilla, Rohina, Benson :-), Becca, Kavitha, Pawan, Prithi, Supriya, Anand, Lovina, Daniel, Caroline, Vinalini, Loveena and Yvette.

In 2010,  team Karen's Kin raised over $750.
