Mince Pan Rolls from Karen's recipe book

Prepare Mince/Ground beef usual way.

For Batter blend
2 cups of flour
1 cup of water
1 egg
salt to taste.
Ensure the consistency is not too thin or too thick.
Make pancake, put mince and roll. Dip in egg, bread crumbs and shallow fry.
