Karen's Egg Curry


6 Eggs
2 Potatoes

Masala to grind
10 Green chillies
2 red chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coconut milk

Temper with 1 onion, 1 green onion and 1/4 inch ginger


Grind the masala to a fine paste. Add the onion, green onion and ginger and boil.
Hard boil the egg and shell.
Add eggs and potaotes to the curry.
