Karen's Dhal Panchoti

A handful of
Channa and Urad Dhal.

Boil all the Dhal.

In a vessel, add a tsp of ghee and add cumin seeds. Add ginger, garlic paste, 1 onion, chilli paste ( chilli powder mixed in vinegar).
Add a tomato and fry well.
Mix in dhal and water as required.
