Karen's Egg Indad

6 Eggs
7 long red chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 pepper corns
2 short red chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 inch cinnamon
1 clove
1 onion
1 green chilli
a little tamarind
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp sugar


Grind the masala fine,
Hard boil and shell the eggs.
Fry and onion till brown in ghee and oil.
Then fry the masala very well.
Add a little masala water, salt and vinegar to taste, sugar and boil.

Add halved eggs and cut potatoes.
