Crab Curry by Karen Pereira


8 medium sized crabs
20 red chillies
5 smallr ed chillies
1/2 tsp mustard
a maeble size ball of tamarind
1 coconut
1 glove of garlic
1 tbsp corriander seeds
1tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeks (methi)
salt to taste
2 onions
2 tbsp oil


Broil the coconut, onio and garlic till light brown. Broil the rest of the masala and grind
Clean crabs, cut into pieces and boil with salt. Add ground masala and water to boil, season with crushed garlic.
