Cabbage Salad by Yvonne Pereira


1 medium sized Cabbage

1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Green Chilli
1/2 inch Ginger
2 cloves of Garlic, cut fine
1/2 tsp Urad Dhal


Cut Cabbage fine
Before serving, mix in a bowl a little salt, vinegar, sugar, 2 green chillies.
Mix the above ingredients together and marinate in Cabbage.
Mix seasoning with Cabbage mixture just before serving.
