1 Kg lean ground beef
1 packet Shaan Sheekh Kebab Masala
2 medium onions
1 inch Ginger
5 cloves of Garlic
A small bunch of Corriander and mint leaves
- Cut onions, ginger, garlic, corriander and mint leaves fine. Add to ground beef.
- Add 1/2 packet Shaan Sheekh Kebab Masala. Mix well.
- Keep mixture over night in the fridge
- The following day make meat balls or make the kebabs on skewers. If making meat balls - place on a tray with foil and heat in oven at 350 Degs for 20-25 mins.
- Serve with lime wedges.
