Sheekh Kebabs by Delon Pereira


1 Kg lean ground beef
1 packet Shaan Sheekh Kebab Masala
2 medium onions
1 inch Ginger
5 cloves of Garlic
A small bunch of Corriander and mint leaves

  1. Cut onions, ginger, garlic, corriander and mint leaves fine. Add to ground beef.
  2. Add 1/2 packet Shaan Sheekh Kebab Masala. Mix well.
  3. Keep mixture over night in the fridge
  4. The following day make meat balls or make the kebabs on skewers. If making meat balls - place on a tray with foil and heat in oven at 350 Degs for 20-25 mins.
  5. Serve with lime wedges.
