Beef Tongue from Karen's recipe book

1 Beef Tongue (Pressure cook with a little water and salt skin)
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 inch Ginger
5-6 cloves of Garlic
3 Green chillies
1/2 tsp Pepper
Little vinegar

Fry onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, chilli and pepper powder in a little oil till saucy. Add gravy and boil potatos. Last add sliced tongues.
