Black Pomfret Sambal by Karen Pereira

1 Black Pomfret

Grind the following:
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
8 dry chillies
1 piece turmeric

Cut fine - 2 onions, 6 gloves of garlic, 2 green chillies and 1 piece ginger

Temper with 3 spoons of ghee or oil, few curry leaves, 1 coconut and salt.
