Chicken Pudina ( Chicken with Mint Leaves) by Rekha Lewis


Chicken - 1 full cut into medium pcs . Add Salt and Turmeric powder.
About 7 Onions - finely chopped and fried in a little ghee till golden brown.
Keep aside.

Grind the below to a paste and fry well in oil /ghee
1 bunch coriander leaves
1/2 bunch of mint leaves
4 Green chillies
1/2 Tsp pepper corns
a small pc of ginger
2 to 3 pods garlic
Cinnamom - small pc 1"
Cloves - about 4 to 5


Fry the chicken in a little bit of oil/ghee in a pan. Add the ground masala and fried onions and let cook on slow fire. The gravy can be left thick by adding a little bit of water or can be left dry.
