Karen’s Pathrade Curry

Can use chicken, Cockles, or mutton

Masala:
Broil in a little oil each of the listed ingredients and than grind to a fine paste with a little water:
1 Big onion sliced
3 tbsp coconut
3 flakes garlic
10 red chillies
1 tsp methi
1 tsp jeera
1 tbsp coriander seeds

Give the chicken or mutton one good boil with a little salt, pepper, one sliced onion and one chopped tomato. Set aside

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. When hot, add a small sliced onion and fry till golden. Then add the masala. Stir one minute. Add the Chicken or mutton or cockles with sufficient water, salt and vinegar. Lastly add the pathrade.
