Oriental Cabbage Crunch Salad by Athena Fernandes

Dressing:
½ cup oil
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
Heat the dressing till sugar melts and refrigerate

Crunch:
2 pkgs Ramen Noodles (Chicken Flavor)
½ cup Sesame Seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup silvered almonds
½ cup margarine

1 large cabbage shredded

- Melt margarine in a skillet.
- Add crumbled noodles, let it brown
- Add all the nuts and seeds
- Turn off heat when all nuts and seeds brown
- Add chicken seasoning packets from the noodles to the mixture
- Refrigerate

Just before serving, mix the dressing, the crunch and the cabbage
The recipe can be halved
