Quick Pepper Chicken Fry by Bernadette Nazareth


1 kg chicken
1 handful of black pepper (grind to paste)
Soya bean Sauce


Cut the chicken into medium pieces. Add pepper paste accordingly, salt and 2 to 3 spoons of Soya sauce. Marinate and keep aside for 2 to 3 hours.

In a pot/deckshi, add 2 tablespoons of Canola/Olive oil and add the chicken mixture with a cup of water. Cook on slow heat till meat is cooked. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.

Optional - can add fried potatoes (cut lengthwise) just before serving.
