Karen's Palak Paneer


1 big bunch of spinach leaves
1 packet of Paneer (Nanak's)
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp corriander powder

Boil Spinach/Palak with green chillies ad grind to a fine paste.
Fry onion, tomato and add powders and spinach
Cut Paneer in cubes, deep fry and add to Spinach.

Note- Cut paneer and soak in ice cold water to prevent from breaking/crumbling.
