Malaysian Chicken Curry by Bernadette Nazareth

3 boneless chicken breast cut up in chunks
1-Tbsp chili powder
2-Tbsp curry powder
1-Tbsp paprika
1-tsp cumin
3-garlic cloves (chopped)
2-onions (chopped)
2-tomatoes (chopped)
1-lb potatoes peeled cut into chunks
1 cup coconut milk
3-cups water
salt & pepper to taste

*Fry onions & garlic 1 minute
*add chicken cook 3 minutes
*add spices stir well
*add potatoes cook until tender
*add remaining ingredients
Serve with rice
