Pav Bhajee by Chiara Pereira

Less than 1/4 cauliflower (a few florets)
5 potatoes chopped and diced
1 green pepper
Frozen peas and carrots (1 cup or more if you like)
3-4 green chillies

Cook potato, green pepper, frozen peas and carrots and cauliflower in the pressure cooker until soft. Mash. In a separate utensil, fry onions in butter until soft. Add ginger garlic, a few finely cut green chillies, and pav bhajee masala (I like MDH). Saute for a little while. Add mashed vegetables. Then add 3/4 tin CRUSHED tomatoes. This will give it the red colour. Add salt to taste and chopped coriander for garnish.
