Ambrosia by Neela Saldanha


1 tin ready whipped cream (Cool Whip)
1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
1.5 litre tin of fruit cocktail
2 tins of mandarin segments
Marshmallow - white (as much as you like)
Sweetened dessicated coconut (as much as you like)


Drain the syrup from the fruit cocktail. Combine all the ingredients above in a bowl. Refrigerate for a few hours.
