Karen's Egg Roast

Ingredients

Eggs - 4 boiled
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp corriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
3 onions
2 green chillies
1/4 inch ginger
4 cloves of garlic
a few corriander leaves

Method:

Slice onions, finely cut chillies, ginger and garlic. Heat some oil and fry onion then add the fnely cut ingredients to light brown. Add powders and fry well. A little water and boiled eggs. Cook till the water drys up. Garnish with corriander leaves.
