Miriam's East Indian Mutton Curry


10 Kashmir chillies (remove seeds)
3 green chillies
1 pod garlic
12 pepper corns
10 cashewnuts
20 raisins
1 1/2 tsp jeera
1 inch ginger
2 inch cinnamon
6 cloves
2 onions
200 gms tomatoes to be ground separately


Slice an onion and fry it. Add masala and fry well. Then add tomatoes and fry till oil floats on top. Add the meat and fry well. Add water and salt to taste. Once meat is cooked add a little vinegar and 1 tsp of sugar.
