Roshni and Vivek's memory of Karen
Karen was very resourceful in the kitchen and could whip up a delicious meal in minutes. She was always generous with sharing her recipes and what really amazed me was that she would make them sound so simple and easy, that you would want to give it a try as well. Karen had a great heart and made us feel very welcome in their home when Vivek & I first arrived in Canada and stayed with Karen & Aaron.
