1/4 kg Cabbage
1/2 kg Rice (1 cup rice =2 cups water)
To Grind
2-3 Green chillies
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 bunch corriander leaves
Grind the masala. Fry an onion, add the masala and stir in cabbage.
Add rice and water and boil.
