Bolinjas - Nana Theresa's recipe from Karen's recipe book

Ingredients

1 lb Soji
3 eggs
65 grams ghee
185 grams sugar
1 pkt shredded coconut
A dash of Cardamom powder
Fennel Seeds


Method

Mix all the ingredients.
Keep mixture for at least 4 hours so that the Soji puffs up and then form into biscuits.
Bake for at 350 Degs for 30-40 mins
