Ingredients
2 Onions
3 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger
4 cloves of Garlic
1 Tomato (medium size)
2 tsp Pepper Powder
1 box/ 2kgs Crabs
Method
Add Oil in a vessel and season with curry leaves.
Add finely chopped Onions, Green chilli, Garlic and Tomato and fry well.
Add Pepper Powder and fry again Add Crabs and 1 glass of water and boil.
Add a little vinegar and salt to taste.
