Tilapia or other white fish, filleted - about 1 1.2 pounds
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 large tomato, diced
Ginger - small piece, diced
Garlic - 2 cloves, crushed
salt and pepper and oregano to taste
garam masala or bafat powder (1/2 teaspoon or to taste)
Heat a saucepan at medium heat, and sauteƩ onion and tomato with ginger, garlic and spices.
Set tilapia fillets on top of onion mixture, cover pan with lid, and continue to cook for approx 10 minutes.
