Ingredients
5 banana leaves
5 pomfrets (cut in halves)
1/4 tblspn mint leaves
2 springs corriander
50 gms green chillies
1 1/2 tsp jeera
15 gms garlic
15 gm ginger
1/2 coconut
3 limes
1 tbl spn sugar
salt to taste
Method
Grind all the ingredients into a paste. Apply the paste on the fish, wrap in banana leaf and steam on low flame for 30 minutes. Serve hot
